    Elements was referred by someone on NextDoor, and I could not find anyone, presenting as very eager, to actually follow through with even the simplest of a call back. Fed up, I pursued Elements, and glad I did. They went way above and beyond on my front and back, including digging out my landscape job from weeks, overgrowth, and numerous hacks and elms that were in the completely wrong place. They trimmed a tree back from my house, which was not part of the contract. I had them come back to dig my backyard out and, again, fabulous and above and beyond. Not a leftover leaf, twig, nothing. After I signed the contract for them to do ongoing maintenance, I got a message from upper management welcoming me and to contact them by whatever chosen means "because we're here for you." I'm not getting any kind of bird dog fee for this, I just want to throw business their way because they are that conscientious and dedicated. They deserve it.

    Elements did and excellent job with landscaping. I called them up to do some basic ""maintenance"" work (which they did a great job with), and used them again to do a more ""full service"" job for my front lawn. They laid down we sod, did zero scaping in on my size yard (it's impossible to keep that grass alive!), and planted some new trees for me in the back. Over all, amazing! They had such great attention to detail when they were setting everything up. They were even picking the wrong color rocks out of the gravel by hand when they were putting on the finishing touches. Marshall was super helpful the entire process. Came out to look at what I had going on and gave me suggestions on what I could do to improve things. I do not have an eye for that, so it was much needed. When he built the quote for me, he kept price in-mind and build something that worked for my budget. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my landscaping needs.

    I've been a long time Elements customer. They do a great job on monthly maintenance as well as special installation projects. The critical measurement of a vendor is when the chips are down and you really need help, will they be there for you? The answer in the case of Elements is absolutely. In a time when their resources were booked, they actually had management participation in getting our plants prepared for the freeze. Everything was done in an expert fashion too.     Wow! You don't often find service this good. My front yard was in dire straits after insufficient watering / care I had been receiving from another company. Elements did a major landscaping overhaul / cleanup across my grass lawn, mulch beds, and rock garden for a fair price. I couldn't be happier with the result. To boot, the quality and ease of communication with my dedicated service rep is exceptional.

    The crew was here yesterday and did a fantastic job. The yard looks beautiful. Also, one employee did an exceptionally good job; he was the man who pulled weeds by hand out of our side-yard flower beds (where I have my little garden growing). He took only weeds and even carefully raised some errant Cucumber runners and intertwined them up and into the trellis I had hoped they’d grow up. He truly did a great job. Thank you! That’s what I love about Elements— the professionalism and attention to detail they apply to my yard each week. They can sometimes cost a little more BUT I get so much more. Everyone who comes to, or passes by, my yard comments on how beautiful it is. The smile that gives me is worth every penny!
